For example, I can check the weather and my email anytime, anywhere.
-> I, for example, can check the weather and my email anytime, anywhere.

I would like to know if meaning changes if 'for example' phrase is put in the middle of the sentence? Thank you so much as usual and have a good day.

P.S If you do not like the example, please would you explain with your examples or you can put the phrase in other spaces.

If you put "for example" straight after "I", you are giving yourself as the example of a person who can check their emails at any time.
