Which of them is(or are) correct from a native's point of view?

The second one is good enough for me, too.
The second looks messy to me with "S's". I would normally go with bhai's alternative but if I had to write one of the three, I would probably go with "M&S' website".
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
