You've been on the forum long enough to know that we ask for context before trying to give the meaning of random two-word phrases.
Please post a complete sentence including the phrase.
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.

I assume you looked the words up in a dictionary?

"Beginnings" seems obvious since this was the very first episode of the show.

"Sketchy" is a play on words, since a "sketch" is a short comedy bit.

It may well be a pun. Like many such puns, only half of it works:
    • The main meaning is when describing something fairly complex. It is easy to describe the later stages in detail, but often the early stages can only be described sketchily.
    • The second meaning is the one that's probably incomplete (). Maybe that episode involves someone setting up as an artist (which would be complete - in that case both words are relevant). But possibly that episode just features an artist or a picture. I couldn't tell without visiting that site, which I don't intend to do right now.

Apparently, the show has a show-with-a-show that is sketch comedy.
