occur prior to the disease clinical presentation

    Hello,

The sentence I was wondering about is posted below:

"One of the advantages of reflexodiagnostics methods is the fact that the response of BAPs to the change in the internal structure of the human body occurs prior to the disease clinical presentation"

The idea I want to convey is that BAPs (biologically active apoints) can provide experts with certain information about approaching diseases when clinical sympthoms have not yet revealed themselves. Is it fine to say this using the expression "occur prior to the disease clinical presentation"?

    Thanks a lot

    (not a teacher)

I'd make "disease" possessive (disease's clinical presentation).
Otherwise it makes sense to me, aside from the BAP thing.

Re: occur prior to the disease clinical presentation

*NOT A TEACHER* This could be written as "By use of BAPs, oncoming diseases can be detected prior to their clinical manifestations." Tweaking your words just a bit this would work. "occur prior to the clinical presentation of the the disease."
