    Default no loger

    Hello,

Does ''no longer'' always go in the middle of the sentence or can we put it at the end of any sentence in the meaning of 'anymore'?

    E.g.

-The world could wait no longer.

    Is that OK?

    Thanks.

    It's fine.

    Also fine are

'The world could no longer wait'. and

'No longer could the world wait.'
