    Aging (N): The process of growing old or maturing.
    The gradual changes in the structure of a mature organism that occur normally over time and increase the probability of death.

    Ageing (N)
    Variant of aging.

    Though the 'e' is unnecessary for the soft 'g' sound, some people keep it in so that it looks closer to the original word.
