    Exclamation muscular between the ears

When Shah Rukh Khan, in his controversial article, says: " I am extremely muscular between my ears", what does he mean ? He wants to say he has a lot of "grey matter" between his ears or its opposite ?

I think he is trying to suggest that he is very intelligent. Here is the article for those who have the stamina/stomach.

I think he is, too, but he has proven himself wrong. I think of the guys in sleeveless shirts lifting weights down at the gym as having muscles between their ears.
