please help me to understand this question.
"what caring father would bring forth children and not communicate with them?"
I want to know the meaning of this question or what is the intended answer of this question.
I assume, for example, that you already know what "father" and "children" mean. I think you probably also know what "communicate with them" means.
You need to show that you have tried very hard to understand the sentence before you ask us. What do you think it means?
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
I want to know the meaning of this phrase, "would bring forth"
birng forth children - produce/bear/give birth to children
not a teacher
Does a caring father exist, who has children and then doesn't communicate with them? No.
So, what caring father would do that? No caring father would.
[Note the commas are for clarity for the OP - they don't really belong]
