    Welcome to the forum.

    I would use "Please confirm receipt of this email as soon as possible". In BrE, we rarely use "Kindly" in this way, although it is used in other English variants.

    Remember to start every sentence with a capital letter.
    Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
