Remember these rules of written English:
- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with a single punctuation mark.
- Always capitalise the word "I".
Sometimes, we start letters with "Dear Sir/Madam" but if you are writing a letter to a student, you need to start it with "Dear" and then the student's name.
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
