    I. International Plastic Porducts(IPP) – Dubai
    From 17th March 2001 to Till date.
    Working as a “Secretary”

    Responsibilities:

    Drafting Memos, Letters & Faxes
    Attending phone calls
    Preparing sales quotations
    Follow up quotations, purchase orders and out standing payments
    Maintaining proper filing system
    Correspondence with the clients
    Arranging/scheduling meetings
    Communication with the customers
    Data entry of sales and collections
    Operating fax machine
    Filing of sales records

    (The following are the responsibilities of another company)

     Following instructions of Sales Manager – Drafting Memos,
    Letters, Faxes
     Airline bookings of CSS employees – tracking records,
    filing documents related to Business trips, submission of ticket
    order request to concern travel agent for processing invoices for
    payments.
     Hotel Reservations for business tours of employees
     Filing of legal documents
