What of the two phrases is grammatically correct? Or both?

The enterprise pursue revamp, introduce advanced technologies, and implement investment projects.

or

The enterprise pursues revamp, introduces advanced technologies, and implements investment projects.

Thanks

Perhaps, you do not understand my question. I know that some words in singular, e.g. family, are used as plurals: My family are interested in...

Is it the same for enterprise, company etc. in my particular phrases?

The enterprise introduces, etc. But I don't know what "pursues revamp" means.

Raymott, thank you for your answer. Particular thanks for your remark on "pursues revamp". I think it would be better to render the phrase as follows:

At the enterprise the facilities are being upgraded, advanced technologies are being introduced, and investment projects are being implemented.
