    Default trouble sleeping

    Is the following wording acceptable?

    We asked these questions
    I. Have you ever had trouble sleeping?
II. What do you think was the reason for your insomnia?
III. How did you solve this problem?

You asked II and III even if the answer to I was "no"?
If so, then yes, it's acceptable.
