    cures for insomnia

    Is the following list acceptable? Please help me mark corrections. Thanks!

    Cures for insomnia:
    1. Build up confidence: You must believe that you can sleep well.
    2. Sleeping time: Sleeping time has to be in a regular pattern.
    3. Exercise: It is wrong to have too much exercise before sleeping.
    4. Relax: Donít be too nervous.
    5. Food: Eating some food is good for sleeping. But donít eat too much.
    6. Sleeping pills: Never use sleeping pills without doctorís prescription.

    I don't think there is a definite cure for insomnia. I would prefer to call these 'reliefs' or 'tips'.

    1. Build up Confidence: You must believe that you can sleep well.
    2. Sleeping time: Sleeping time has to be in a should be regular pattern.
    3. Exercise: It is wrong not advisable to have too much exercise before sleeping.
    4. Relaxation : Donít be too nervous.
    5. Food: Eating some certain types of food is good for sleeping. But donít eat too much.
    6. Sleeping pills: Never Do not use sleeping pills without a doctorís prescription.
