    Are the following sentences acceptable?

    1. Sleeping time has to be in a regular pattern.
    2. To improve sleep obstacle, it is important to cultivate a good daily habit.

    1. This sentence is supposed to mean that we should go to bed at regular time.
    2. The wording 'sleep obstacle' is supposed to mean that something which may interrupt one's sleep.
