Re: What is the tense to use in minutes of meetings?

    Welcome to the forum, Jenni.

    Use the past tense.

'The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved as a true and correct record.'

'The chair called for a minute's silence in memory of the late Miss Demeanour.'
