    Post Went Missing

Let's say Alice lived in San Francisco. Then she went to a hotel in San Francisco to visit some friends. Then she has not be seen since, so she was last seen at the hotel. I thought up a few ways to describe this scenario:

"Alice went missing at/in/from/out of San Francisco."
"Alice went missing at/in/from/out of a hotel."

Which of "at", "in", "from", "out of" should be used in these two sentences?

    Re: Went Missing

'Alice went missing in San Francisco.'

'Alice went missing from a hotel.'

'Alice went missing from a hotel in San Francisco.'

    Re: Went Missing

So, this would be not right:

"A second man who was missing out of San Francisco has been found and is safe back home with his family, according to police."

    Re: Went Missing

I would have written 'A second man who went missing from...'
