    Can you tell me what is correct.

    "It has been about what all this hard work" is correct?

    No, it's not correct. I'm not sure what it's supposed to mean.
    You might mean "It's what all this hard work has been about." But that's a complicated sentence.

    No, it doesn't mean that. What you've written means (and is better expressed as) "What has all this hard work been about?"
