    Question Change it to Passive

Change it into passive, please. I need to know a correct word order in passive sentence.

They have recently built a huge plant in the town of N.

    Re: Change it to Passive

The huge plant has been built by them in the town of N recently.

Here the word order is S+V+IO+place+time. Is it OK?

    Re: Change it to Passive

Thank you a lot for your answer, at first! But, dear teacher, here I am mostly interested in the position of the indirect object "by them" in the passive voice sentence. Where can I say it grammatically?
A huge plant has recently been built in the town of N by them.
    or
A huge plant has recently been built by them in the town of N.
    Which one is correct?

    Re: Change it to Passive

The most natural way is to omit 'by them', as bhaisahab did. If you insist on having it, your second sentence is probably the better version.
