How to write leaving for vacation from school

Dear teacher,

I want to write application for my son he is 7 yrs old grade 1 , as his exams are march 21 till first April and in between my brother is in India want to attend the wedding of my brother. so want to explain teacher or principal
they can take the exam earlier so that my send can go with me to India.

Please help me in writing the application,
