please can any one explain the difference b/w tack and take with some examples???
- A small, sharp, broad-headed nail.
- Equipment used in horse riding, including the saddle and bridle.
Sentence: I used tacks to display the oster on the board.
- Fasten or fix in place with tacks.
- Put tack on (a horse).
Sentence: She tacked the poster on the softboard.
