To be used immediately after the bag is opened.
In my opinion, the above-mentioned sentence is wrongly constructed.
It should be:
either "To be used immediately (that) the bag is opened".
or "To be used immediately after opening the bag".
Immediately (that) is tantamount to "as soon as".
The sentence is taken from English-Polish translation for "immediately after".
