For both, either simply "Yes" or "No" or "Yes, he does" or "No, he doesn't"
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

Hm, did you mean to say that the tags in both sentences were OK?

My responses are based on what you would most likely hear/read in typical AmE.
    __________________________________________________ ____________
Jack : You said you had to leave early today .You had some party .
OK. But "some" would only be used if Jack wasn't sure/clear about the type of party. Otherwise, it would probably be "a party".
Jill : Yes I am supposed to . But some important work is there.I can not . (More typical) "But I have some important work to do. I can't."
    __________________________________________________ ____________
Jack : Yesterday you said you would come back early .But you became very late ?
"Became" is not correct in this context. "Came back" would be typical.
Jill : Yes it happened to . But I thought to come back early . Neither statement is correct. Possible statement: "Yes, but I couldn't and I thought I would be able to."
    __________________________________________________ ____________
Jack : Don't you think Robin should be the winner.
    Jill : Yes, he deserve
s to .He might be._________________________________________________ _____________

Feel free to post further individual specific questions about any topic. However, your posts are somewhat difficult to read because of repeated errors in punctuation. Please remember that we do not put a space before a comma, full stop, question mark, exclamation mark, close bracket or closing quotation mark. You might like to hit the Edit Post button on each one of your posts and fix those issues. I realise that sometimes people don't understand the importance of punctuation but please rest assured that it is very important.
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
