    Well, situation is like that: the woman is sitting in a car, she was robbed by the man who is in the same car now too.

    The preceding sentence was: She knew the result would be no different than before, but as furious as she was, she needed something to do.

    Now it makes sense.

    She needed something to do, except launching herself at the man.

    The suggestion is that her first thought or perhaps the obvious thing to do would be to attack or jump on the man, but she doesn't want to do that so she needs to think of something else to do.
    Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
