    I would say that when a rosebush is still growing in the ground, you could say "tall roses". Once they have been cut from the bush and bunched together for sale, then they are "long roses" or "long-stemmed roses". It is really the stem which is long/tall, not the actual rose (the flower).
    Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.

    It depends on the context. If the roses were growing in a garden I might refer to them as being tall roses. If they were in a store I might refer to them as being long stemmed roses.
