The most important reason is that all the people have / if all the people have

the right to protect themselves.



I'm really torn between 'all the people have' and 'if all the people have'.

Which one is grammatical?

I assume you do not mean "that if," but rather to choose between "that all the people" and "if all the people."

I''m not sure why you want to use an "if." If you put an "if" in there, then there is no "then" to complete the thought.

What about these sentences? Are they grammatical?

1. The question was that if they were ready for it.

2. Yet he was not sure that if he had been required.
