1. I had worked with him for 2 years when I joined there.

This is okay but very Indian sounding. Sometimes the stock phrases of Indian usage get in the way of clear communication, and I think the very common "when I joined there" is a case in point. Natural would be "I had already worked with him for two years at the time I joined the firm," or "I had worked with him for two years before joining the firm."

I worked with him for 1 years when I joined there.

I worked with him for one year after joining the firm.

I have worked with him when I joined there.

I have been working with him since I joined the firm.

2.I had worked with him for 2 years since I joined there.

This is incorrect. There is no need for the past perfect here. The past perfect would be used only if you were going on to mention something else that happened in the past.

I worked with him for two years since I joined there.

"I worked with him for two years after joining the firm" sounds natural and is correct if that is what you are trying to say.

I have worked with him since I joined there.

Fine.

3.I had written that when i was there.

Again, use the past perfect only if you are going on to relate something else that occurred in the past but after you had written it.

I have written that when I was there.

The simple past is all you need here. "I wrote that when I was there."

4.I had watched that movie when I was child.
I have watched that movie when I was child

Again the simple past is all you need. "I watched that movie when I was a child."

5.I have been watching a drama.I have watched it before but I wanted to see it again.
I have been watching a drama.I had watched it before but I wanted to see it again.

These are both acceptable, but I think the first is far more likely to be heard in modern usage.
