    If it's just happened (as it did, since the person is saying "Look!") then the present perfect is the answer the test maker is looking for.

    I think you know well enough that you're supposed to give your idea first.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
