The best that he can become is, Doctor

The best that he can become is, Doctor. (For example, if a person considering three potions as to pick up one as his profession. It is just to say that he can at best become a doctor and cannot choose any profession better than that(in speaker's view)).

Is the sentence correct? Is comma necessary there?

If I want to have sentence with similar structure! How can I write it?

Like this: The best thing that a woman can become is mother! Is it too wrong?

Thank you, Rover! I forgot about the article itself! So, the rest of sentence is fine! Right?
