    I took 13th as a paid day-off

    Hi,

In the context of the current month can I say,

'I took 13th as a paid day off'?

Not sure about the definite article before the 13th..

    Thank you!

Use the article in this context.

Otherwise say 'I took 13th March as a paid day off'.
