1. Without you, I would be late for school.

2. Without you, I might be late for school.


Do the both sound natural ?

In certain contexts, yes.

:up: - that is, they mean different things: 'might be' -> possible lateness; 'would be' -> certain lateness ;-)

PS And you'd say them as you were getting into the car. If you were talking about a lift in the past, it would be 'would/might have been' (again, depending on certainty/possibility.
