What would you do if you have/ had.

Hi guys, it's been a long time since I visited here.
I had came across this to my mind, what would you do if you have / had.
I'm thinking had as the correct answer.

Hope to hear from you guys soon and hopefully there's a explanation with the answer...Thanks

    Welcome back.

I'm afraid we need more of an explanation of what you are asking about and at least a full sentence to consider.
