    There's no single word (as far as I know). You have to say 'binding medication' or use a proprietary name like 'Immodium' or a generic name like 'kaolin mixture'.

    If it's urgent, try a cork.

    There is the word costive, but I had not heard of it until two minutes ago. I agree with Rover that there is no single word that we use.
