    Default I go to the theater very seldom

    I'd like to ask about the position of adverbs of frequency in a sentence. Is it accpetable to put them at the end of the sentence when they are preceded by "very"?
    For example:
    I go to the theater very seldom.
    I don't watch TV very often.
