When someone is annoyed a lot, other people make trouble for him and make fun of him but he never rolls his eyes and doesn't get angry, can we say "He has a high / big capacity".

So can you suggest a word that we can use to refer to such people? I'm looking for a noun not an adjective.

A walkover.

I'm having trouble thinking of nouns rather than adjectives. My one and only suggestion doesn't quite fit the bill but it was the closest I could come up with.

It depends if you think his behavior is virtuous or a sign of weakness. He is very tolerant. Or resilient. Or he rolls with the punches. Or he has a high bullsh*t index. Or...

My mother-in-law used to say it was useful to have a good "shrugger" -- you can shrug things off. It was her own expression, but I found it a useful expression.

Good to see that Barb couldn't think of a noun either. Phew.
