    that building vs the building

[Two children are playing with a kite]
Tom: Look at the kite. It’s like a bird!
John: I can’t see it. Where is it?
Tom : It’s over that building.
John : I can see it now. It’s very high.

If Tom is pointing at that building, is it natural for Tom to say “It’s over the building.”

    Thanks.

Only if there is only one building in view.
