I want alternative to 'They want to replace the garden with a factory'

    Hello everyone,

I would like to know alternatives to "They want to replace the garden with a huge factory."
I wish I had better English, but I work hard to improve it. I'm studying for IGCSE, so I'm only interested in BrE.

Why do you want to know this?

I want to replace all factories with huge gardens.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Not the ones that make chocolate, surely?
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

OK, I'll make an exception there.

Re: I want alternative to 'They want to replace the garden with a factory'

Well, this phrase has been repeated a lot in the summaries of the exams in my past paper. And i can't change it although I must because I must use my own words If I can't change what is written, what should I do? Anyway,
If I get high marks in English, I will buy a chocolate factory only for you all!

They propose building a factory where the garden is now.
