You've Been A Long Time Coming around

Hello all members on this beautiful spring day!

Does You've been a long time coming around mean You've been taking a long time to (finally) come around or You've needed a long time to (finally) come around?

    Thank you.

Re: You've Been A Long Time Coming around

I don't really see a difference in those two meanings.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
