    Default Prepositional Dilemma

    For this:

"Each topic page collects all the news, reference and archival information, photos, graphics, audio and video files published on topics ranging from A M Castle & Company to Zyuganov, Gennadi A. This treasure trove is available without charge on articles going back to 1981."

Could the "on" in "this treasure trove is available without charge on articles" be wrong?

    web is: nytimes.com/pages/topics/index.html

    Default Re: Prepositional Dilemma

    I read it as meaning:
They don't charge for articles and the articles going back to 1981

It I was going to change it I would write:
This treasure trove is available without charge, on articles going, all the way, back to 1981

    However, I'm not a Teacher
