What is the right tense for these sentences?

1)Our flat is decorated this week.

    2)It's getting winter.

    Thanks in advance.

The first is in the present tense; the second in the present progressive. Neither is a natural sentence in English.
But the meaning of your question is unclear. There are only "right tenses" for a sentence if one knows what the sentence is supposed to mean.
    1. "Our flat will be decorated this week. Our flat was decorated this week. Our flat is being decorated this week." None of these are 'wrong' by themselves.

I wouldn't use "getting" there. "It's becoming winter" is correct. "It's almost winter." "Winter's coming." "Winter's almost here."
