Quarban Ali, please try to give your threads more helpful titles. "Clever but not having black color" would have been good for this.

Your sentence is not correct. It needs to be:

Although he is clever, he is black.

Please note that most people would find this very offensive, as though you were saying that being black somehow counts as a negative quality.
