HEY GUYS, what is it? On what day is Second Grade Valentine's Day? Your help will be appreciated.

You've never had a girlfriend?

Not even like a second grade Valentine?

Nope.

Have you ever kissed a girl?

No.

What about you?

As bhaisahab pointed out, there is no mention of "Valentine's Day" anywhere in that dialogue. Sometimes, we refer to our boyfriend/girlfriend/partner as our "Valentine" ie the person we love.

As far as a "second grade Valentine" is concerned, I'm going to assume that we're talking about American school grades. Second grade is attended at, I believe, around the age of 6. Even though 6 is too young, of course, to have a proper girlfriend or boyfriend, lots of young kids have a sort of childish crush on a member of the opposite (or same) sex. They might hold hands a lot and have cute conversations about getting married when they're really old (about 19!) It's not a proper relationship in the real romantic sense, but in later years, they might refer to that first special friendship in this way.

"Well, I'm married now of course, with four kids, but I've had my fair share of girlfriends over the years. Sometimes I even wonder what my second grade Valentine, Shelley-Ann Bartram, is doing now. She was so sweet. Long dark pigtails, a freckly nose, a tinkly little laugh. I really thought I was in love! When I was six! Cute, huh?"

OK....off the top of my head: As boys get older they tend to become less likely to let girls know that they 'like' them. Boys in the lower grades (such as second grade) in school are more likely to send each female classmate a valentine, usually because the teachers and parents force the boys to be politically correct by sending a valentine card to every member of their class. Boys in the upper grades catch on quickly and are deathly afraid of being accused of liking a particular girl and, therefore, the greeting card companies take a significant hit among this demographic on Valentine's Day! All boys have a 'Second Grade Valentine' but very few of them ever marry them!
