I don't know why my thread disappears as soon as I post one. When I track it by advance-search, it appears, but I can't see it in my "Quick Links". Please, administrators, help me with this problem!

Hmm, not sure about this one. Does it happen frequently?

The same thing is still happening. If you see my threads, some of them are not shown in "Subscribed Threads", which is a shortcut to see my recently posted ones, so I have to click on "My Posts" or "My Threads" to see them. Please fix this problem for me!

    Hi keannu

    2 questions:

    1. Do you use folders for filing your subscribed threads? If you do:

    2. When you go to "subscribed threads" there's a listbox on the right side of the page that says "subscriptions". If you click on the box, it lists your folders. Do the hidden threads show up if you select "all"? Maybe, somehow or other, threads are being diverted to another of your folders. The only problem is that I can't see, in the settings, a switch that could have accidentally caused that to happen

I file all my subscriptions in appropriate folders and, as the "quick links" facility only takes me to the recent, "unfiled" threads, I use a browser bookmark to get me directly to "all".

    Best regards
    R21

I haven't changed any setting, and I can't find the listbox you mention. I presume this might be a system error.

If you go to the settings page in your profile, then look at the 'Default Thread Subscription Mode' what does it say? Also, when you post a message you have the option of adding it to your subscriptions, or not as the case may be.

When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.
