Dear Teachers

When someone wants to say, e.g. 'i can't live without chocolate'
then is it 'i am partial to chocolate'
or "I am impartial to chocolate"?

Please advise

"I am impartial to chocolate" is unnatural. "I am partial to chocolate" means that you are fond of it, possibly rather fond.

"I can't live without chocolate" is a far stronger statement, indicating an extreme fondness for it.
