    green plum

When the plum is not ripe, we eat it and it's so sour and delicious, what can I call this unripe fruit?
I would say green plum. Am I right?

    Re: green plum

Unripe plums are sour, as you say. How can you think they are delicious at the same time?

    Only ripe greengages are sweet.
