    Default busy working

Teacher, is this sentence OK? I am trying to make a sentence with "busy working"

She says she will be busy working for the next few weeks therefore she is not able to come in and meet with our Manager to sign the documents. She asked us to mail the documents to her.

It was a run-on sentence. No need to capitalize "manager."
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
