    Default should I not have

1-Should I not have mentioned it?
2-Should I have not mentioned it?

    Are these sentences both acceptable?
If they are, is there any difference in their meanings?
Does "2" imply an active refraining from "mentioning it"?

    Gratefully,
    Navi.

Default Re: should I not have

    Thank you very much 5jj,

So this one is also correct and implies that I should have actively refrained from mentioning it?

3-I should have not mentioned it.
