Default Please help me to correct these sentences

Please arrange to service one of our vehicle which is due for periodical service. Before collecting the vehicle for the service please contact the concerned driver and arrange for him a proper replacement accordingly.

Please arrange to service one of our vehicles which is due for periodic maintenance (service is OK but the word appears too often). Before collecting the vehicle for service, please provide a suitable replacement for the driver.

OK, but in the U.S. a commonly used term for "replacement" of a vehicle being serviced is a "loaner". Also, "collecting" is a rather awkward term for a vehicle. "Picking up" would be more common.. And finally, the statement/collocation suggests that the request includes a requirement to replace the driver rather than the car. So, I would prefer the second sentence to read, "When picking up the vehicle, please drop off a loaner for use until service is complete".
