    Follows up?


    Can you say: if you have a late breakfast, you will have lunch later then it follows up.

    Meaning if u have a late breakfast late you will eat lunch later with 'follows up' i mean it like follows your routine.

    Any better word instead of follow up? Or is it makes sense in that context ?
