    hi
    please help me. I have to write an application to get my certificate from pec office .

    1: subject: Request to send my pec certificate.

    2: subject: Request for sending my pec certificate.

    which one is right and please help me regarding the punctuation, should I use colon(:) or comma(,) after subject:
